INTRODUCTION
In the armor of God described in Ephesians 6, only one piece is an offensive weapon — the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
“And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”
— Ephesians 6:17
Under the Dispensational understanding, believers today are part of the Body of Christ, engaged in a spiritual battle against deception, false doctrine, and spiritual darkness (Ephesians 6:12).
The believer’s greatest weapon is not tradition, emotion, or opinion — it is the Word of God.

The greatest weapon the church possesses is the Word of God rightly divided.
